Sydney and I had such fun today reconnecting with a few of the families from preschool. It seems hard to believe that it has been a month already since preschool ended! We miss seeing everyone on a regular basis so today was pretty special catching up with all our friends.
We spent the morning at Maplewood Farm in North Vancouver with Addison and her sister Sienna and Mom Amanda.
The kids had a great time seeing all the animals, everything from pot bellied pigs to donkeys, horses and cows and exotic birds.
The highlight of the time there is always getting to feed the bunnies veggies from home which the kids loved.
The resident peacock put on a pretty fabulous show for us today!
And the girls especially loved the braided mane on this horse.
After a quick lunch together we all drove up to Chaldecott Park to meet up with Henry, Levi, Daisy and Julia and their families at the water park.
It was a fabulous day for getting wet with the weather in the high 20's! What fun we had visiting with everyone and hearing about their summers so far.
Here's hoping we have many more fun times together before we all meet up in the fall for school!
