Sydney's New Sweater
Paul's sister Elaine is a very talented lady. Not only can she cook or bake almost anything on the planet, but she is also an amazing knitter! Ever since Sydney's been born, every few months Auntie Elaine arrives at the door with a new sweater that she has knit for Miss Sydney.
We have gotten such great use out of them, they are perfect for year-round weather here in Vancouver and are truly one of a kind. We often get compliments on them when we are out and I love telling people that Sydney's Aunt made them especially for her!
Auntie Elaine just finished this beauty for Sydney, a super cute red and white sweater with little doggies on the front! It is a size 3 so it will take a few months for Syd to grow into it but before I know it it will be in her memory box along with the other hand knit sweaters that she has outgrown! I am secretly hoping to save them long enough to pass along to Sydney for her babies to wear!
Elaine has her very own label that she lovingly sews onto the inside of each sweater, I love it! Thanks Auntie Elaine for keeping Sydney warm and toasty and for all the love you knit into every sweater for her!
